There have been some fantastic additions to the Knott’s Scary Farm this year. The talentthroughout the Haunt has been better this year in some places than I have ever seen. The new zones (although smaller compared to Ghost Town and the Gauntlet) are off to a great start. The new mazes were innovative and exciting, while the old mazes still packed a good punch.
The Gauntlet is packed full of some incredibly talented sliders and monsters that don’t give up until they get that scare. Bottom line: CS Streets were HUGE this year. With amazing skits, scares and acts, CS Streets were incredibly entertaining. The talent used up every inch of the zone to get what they wanted…scream after scream.
Ghost Town Streets were fantastic as usual. Full of zombies, beasts and monsters, this zone is still a classic. Some new characters brought the Ghost Town even more excitement. However, I must warn you that the streets in Ghost Town seemed to lighten up while The Hanging was going, so for the best experience, visit between shows.
The Pre-Scare Dinner was a fantastic bonus yet again. Personally, we were able to hit 7 attractions by 8:30pm. I still highly recommend going to the dinner.
All in all, another fantastic Halloween Haunt. New characters and mazes have really taken the Halloween Haunt to the next level. As the year goes on, we will bring you more updates so we don’t ruin any of the wonderful surprises waiting for those of you who have not been yet. As always, we will continue to bring periodic updates to keep the excitement up all year long!
